- Adhering to strict laboratory protocols, safety guidelines, and quality assurance standards

Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field
- Current certification as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) from a recognized accrediting agency (e.g., ASCP, AMT)

Desirable Qualities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficient in using laboratory information systems and software
