BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking experienced med surg/tele nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate staffing resource office team. Our staffing resource office offers a variety of assignment options including:


Seasonal and System Pool 13-week assignments assigned to a unit/hospital. Seasonal requires mileage eligibility. Current needs are in Region 1 hospitals.

Regional Float Pool- PRN. Minimum commitment is 4 shifts in a 6-week schedule to include 2 weekend shifts, and a summer, winter holiday, and hard to fill staffing day requirement. Required to float to a region of hospitals based on census needs.

Region 1 includes St Anthony's, Morton Plant, Mease Dunedin, Mease Countryside and Morton Plant Northbay Hospitals.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse license BLS/ACLS(AHA) are required.
Associates Degree in Nursing 18 months RN experience in an acute Med/Surg/Tele setting is required 2 years RN experience in an acute Med/Surg/Tele setting is strongly preferred Prior experience with Cerner EMR strongly preferred Must have independent transportation for assignments/shifts Must be able to pass Tele test during orientation
Flexibility

Facilities include: Bartow Regional Medical Center, South Florida Baptist and Winter Haven Hospitals

Status: Pool, Exempt: No


Shift Hours: Nights



Shift: 6:45pm - 7:15am


Weekend Work: Every Other


On Call: No
