Unit Description:No need to go far to change the world \xe2\x80\x93 one patient at a timeSodexo is seeking a full-time Clinical Nutrition Manager to come join their dynamic team at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Broadlawns Medical Center has an average census of 90-110 patients and strives to build a healthy community in which there is accessible, cost-effective and high-quality patient care for all. This is a fun position that gets to be involved in a little bit of everything: inpatient and outpatient care, providing guidance to the call center staff and programming the patient menu software.Benefits:

The successful candidate will:

• manage the clinical nutrition program within Broadlawns Medical Center:
• provide nutritional care to patients in inpatient and outpatient settings;
• program the patient menu software (training is provided);
• guidance to the call center staff on diet education;
• Meet state/federal/Joint Commission and company standards;
• educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses; and
• participate in Process Improvement projects.

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
• Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice
