:The clinical pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient\'s medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they\'re invaluable. • PharmD in Pharmacy Doctorate. Or
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Pharmacy.
• upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered.

• When eligible and where applicable, obtain a Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license
• Where applicable Basic Life Support-Provider (BLS)

Preferred qualifications:

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
