Overview:At Bakersfield Rehabilitation Hospital, we provide specialized inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative services to our patients who are often recovering from disabilities caused by injuries, illnesses, or chronic medical conditions. At our 50-bed hospital, we provide specialized treatment in the Kern County and surrounding areas.We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!As a participating hospital of Ernest Health, our patients are family. Qualifications:Required Skills:

• Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist required.
• Current CPR Certification required. ACLS Certification preferred in LTACH.
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Science, Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, or Cardiorespiratory Therapy preferred.
• Two years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in acute care setting preferred.
• 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 hospital/clinical management or supervisory experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications/Skills:

• Knowledge of and adherence to current respiratory therapy standards.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.

Responsibilities:The Clinical Services Manager plans, directs, guides, and evaluates the performance and day-to-day activities of the Respiratory Therapy, Lab and Radiology Department. Integrates the hospital\xe2\x80\x99s mission and \xe2\x80\x9cGuiding Principles\xe2\x80\x9d into daily practice. Posted Total Compensation : The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It\xe2\x80\x99s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $ Minimum Salary: USD $74,880.00/Yr. Maximum Salary: USD $111,267.74/Yr.
