Job Description
Salary: $95,000-$99,000
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000 for new employees that hold an active BCaBA certification & $2,500 for new employees that hold an active BCBA certification! (Paid out after 3 months of working with clients)

What You\'ll Do:
- Design, develop and implement a wide range of ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Collaborate with families and other clinicians to tailor ABA programs to specific client needs
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians delivering direct services
- Evaluate and update client progress reports via industry-leading data collection software
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team dedicated to ACES\' mission
