Clinical Therapist, Adult Psychiatry
Job Description
Conducts psychiatric evaluations of patients and psychotherapy in an outpatient clinic setting.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to interact calmly, professionally, and independently with colleagues and patients
Ability to organize time efficiently
Ability to accept and integrate constructive feed back
Ability to proactively report progress and problems to supervisors
Ability to problem-solve proactively
Access to own vehicle for transportation
Required Education and/or Experience
Master\'s degree in either counseling or social work
2 years of clinical experience beyond graduate school
Licensed in the State of Louisiana with an LCSW or LPC
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy
Interest in research
