Remote | $50 - $60 per hour | Contract (1-2 months, potential extension)




Are you an experienced healthcare trainer with a passion for making a difference? We are seeking a

Clinical Trainer

to develop and deliver high-quality training programs for

Autism Services Navigators (ASNs)

who support TRICARE beneficiaries diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This is a

fully remote

contract position requiring immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement training programs for newly hired and existing ASNs. Lead virtual onboarding sessions covering

TRICARE benefits, policies, case management procedures, and ASD-specific care strategies.

Train ASNs on

HIPAA regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.

Provide instruction on

conducting beneficiary screenings, assessments, and developing Comprehensive Care Plans (CCPs).

Ensure ASNs are proficient in

care coordination, risk assessment, and advocacy techniques

to support TRICARE beneficiaries. Facilitate

interactive learning experiences, case discussions, and scenario-based exercises.

Develop and maintain

training manuals, presentations, and digital learning materials.

Assess ASN progress and provide

ongoing coaching, mentorship, and refresher training.

Stay current on

ASD care advancements, case management best practices, and TRICARE policy updates.

Qualifications:




?

Required:



Active, unrestricted license

as an

RN, LCSW or other licensed mental health professional

with a

Case Management Certification (CCM).

Minimum 3 years of experience

in clinical training.

U.S. Citizenship

and ability to pass a

DoD background check.

Preferred:



2+ years of experience

working with ASD populations and/or within the

TRICARE Autism Care Demonstration (ACD) program.

5+ years in training, coaching, or mentorship roles

in a healthcare setting. Experience training

case management, utilization review, or healthcare professionals.
