The Mood Disorder Clinic operates as an outpatient program within Eskenazi, catering to individuals primarily diagnosed with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder. Where You Fit In
In the role of a Clinician, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group sessions, all grounded in evidence-based practices. Central to this position is the management of a caseload, where you will systematically identify the therapeutic, rehabilitative, and case management needs of each client.
Hours: The clinic is open 8:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday - Thursday, and Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Clinicians are scheduled for 40 hours a week and are expected to work at least one shift 10:00 am - 7:00 pm.

Am I Qualified?
Master\'s degree in a Human Services field.
At least an Associate licensure, progressing towards or possessing full clinical licensure: LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
Possession of a valid Indiana driver\'s license.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Embraces, understands, and operates under the Recovery Model, including AIDET (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank You) and the spirit of motivational interviewing (MI), and follows the levels of accountability
Completes biopsychosocial evaluation (BPSE), integrating information gathered by the team and developing the integrated diagnostic summary; based upon the BPSE and in consultation with the treatment team, prepares Clinical Treatment plans, dates the treatment plan at intervals determined by guidelines, and consults with client, family, and treatment team throughout the process
Manages a caseload of clients identifying therapeutic, rehabilitative and case management needs; engages other team members in meeting these needs as indicated
Performs a variety of individual, family and group therapeutic interventions (as demonstrated competency allows) utilizing evidence-based practices
Provides quality case management services as indicated by client need
Monitors client progress and reflects this in the clinical documentation
Evaluates and updates the treatment plan at intervals determined by guidelines, consulting with client family and team in this process
Completes documentation of activities and written reports in an accurate and timely manner
Identifies community resources and assists clients in their access to these resources
Provides indirect service to external agencies and community through consultation and education
Interprets and applies service and billing procedures according to client needs; completes billing according to guidelines for timeliness and accuracy
Alters activities and behaviors to reflect and ensure adequate care which is appropriate to the age of the clients served
Advocates for clients to ensure access to needed services which include developing community relationships and resources
Meets agency standards of timely completion of all documentation
Meets agency standards of client service hours
Demonstrates commitment to professional growth by actively participating in clinical supervision
