Team DAKS is looking for Assistant Manager's with empathy, self-awareness, and developed communication skills.

We can teach you how to make a great pizza but we need your skills to create an all-star team. This position is a steppingstone towards becoming a General Manager (GM), but we hope during your time with us you build the confidence to be successful personally and professionally.

Assistant Manager duties and responsibilities:

Assist in hiring and training of new team members Help the GM foster good store culture Demonstrate understanding of running a store from open to closing Communicate store goals to team members to provide excellent customer service Hold team members accountable to the company policies and procedures Count inventory and put away truck orders Practice active listening to problem solve Performs other duties as assigned
Some of the qualifications and skills useful for an Assistant Manager are:

Must be at least 18 years of age Prior leadership experience preferred Experience in employee development Ability to demonstrate food safety protocols Excellent customer service skills Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
