Job Summary:



Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking compassionate and dedicated CNAs and Caregivers for full-time positions in the Kaimuki to Hawaii Kai area. The individual in this role will provide personalized care to seniors in their own homes, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Compensation & Benefits:



This is a full-time, individual contributor role offering a competitive salary of $16 to $20 per hour, paid weekly. Additionally, the successful candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, and retirement savings options.

Responsibilities:



Provides compassionate and professional care to seniors in their homes, following their personalized care plans Assists with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Administers medication as directed by healthcare professionals Monitors and records vital signs and reports any changes or concerns to the supervisor Assists with light housekeeping tasks, meal preparation, and running errands Maintains accurate and detailed records of care provided and any changes in the senior's condition Provides companionship to seniors and engages them in meaningful activities Communicates effectively with seniors, their families, and healthcare professionals


Requirements:



Active CNA license in the state of Hawaii Experience working as a caregiver or CNA in a healthcare setting Compassionate and patient demeanor Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must be authorized to work in the United States
