About the Opportunity:\xc2\xb7 Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist\xc2\xb7 Pay: $33.28/Hour\xc2\xb7 Location: Forest Lake, MN\xc2\xb7 Schedule: 2nd Shift, Mon-Thurs 3PM-1AM.Daily functions: * Operate and set up CNC machines to produce precision machines parts.

• Interpret technical blueprints and designs to understand the specifications and requirements of a part.
• Conducted regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
• Measure and examine completed parts to verify conformance to specifications using precision tools like micrometers and gauge pins.
• Select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and materials onto machines.
• Adjusted machine settings to optimize production while maintaining quality.
• Kept a detailed record of processes, tool usage, and production output.
• Adhered to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborated with engineers or CNC programmers for custom jobs or to refine manufacturing processes.
• Operate all necessary equipment in a safe manner with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work well in a team, pay attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Desired qualifications: * 2 years mold making experience in a tool shop environment, preferred.

• 2 years technical or trade school degree with an emphasis on Tool Making/CNC Machine or equivalent experience, preferred.
• Continuous professional development to stay updated with new machining technologies and techniques.
• Valid identification and the ability to work legally in the United States, required.
• Candidates must have CNC Maintenance experience in metal MFG environment.

Physical requirements: * Lifting 40lbs

• Standing for long durations of time
• Use hands and fingers to operate hand tools.
