We are seeking a CNC Operator I for our Weekend Day Shift to support manufacturing processes though operating and performing maintenance on a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine. You would be responsible for running a pre-programmed machine and ensuring that machined parts meet criteria from work instructions and blueprints.

Weekend Day shift runs Friday - Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch.

Pay Range: $20-$24/hour, based on qualifications and experience, plus 12% shift differential for Weekend Day shift

CNC Operator I Job Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts utilizing pre-programmed CNC mills
• Load and inspect the parts on a pre-programmed CMM inspection machine
• Use work and tool offsets on manual mill and lathe machines
• Use hand tools on machined parts when needed
• Tighten and loosen fasteners to hold parts and fixtures in place
• Perform and document preventative maintenance as needed
• Deburr metal parts after they have been machined
• Assist in shipping preparation, such as packaging, shipping and receiving as needed
• Perform other tasks as assigned
• Regularly lift 50 lbs. of raw materials or machine parts with or without accommodation

CNC Operator I Qualifications:

• MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• 1-year experience operating a CNC Mill (preferred)
• Employment with Air Squared is contingent on passing a statewide background check, drug screening (for substances illegal in the state of Colorado), and employment verification through E-Verify
