Duties:

• Follow standard organizational practices and guidelines
• Conduct research to locate and obtain existing databases
• Analyze GIS, Construction, and As Built drawings to incorporate into documents or UWS for various municipalities
• Design and update the database, applying additional knowledge of spatial feature representations
• Move, copy, delete, and add files, drawings, and maps to output reports in hard copy or electronic transfer
• Enter fiber or facility data into our client\xe2\x80\x99s 3GIS system from other systems or from paper based records
• Update systems with scheduled and actual completion dates of assignments for projects

• 3+ years of experience in a related field
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering and construction drawings and specifications, technical equipment installation manuals, and other documents
• Must be able to multitask, problem-solve, and implement innovative solutions
• Ability to effectively report and document technical information
• Looking for someone with GIS along with OSP or construction experience
• Familiar with and applies local Utility Coordination standards
• Telecommunications background
• Construction and As Built drawing knowledge
• Computer literate with various excel spreadsheets
• Someone who is energetic, a fast learner, and a good communicator
• Able to start immediately
