Coffee Artisan

who possesses a deep understanding of fine coffee craftsmanship, from selecting the most exquisite beans to achieving the perfect balance of flavor and presentation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:

Prepare and serve exceptional coffee beverages, honoring Italian traditions with precision and artistry. Deliver an unparalleled service experience, embodying Mr. C's signature elegance and hospitality. Maintain the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation in every cup. Curate an atmosphere where coffee becomes an essential part of a refined dining experience. Ensure an immaculate and organized barista station, upholding hygiene and operational excellence.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:

A seasoned Barista or Coffee Expert with a deep appreciation for Italian coffee culture and brewing techniques. Minimum 2 years of experience in a fine dining, luxury hospitality, or high-end cafe environment. A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in service. The ability to engage effortlessly with sophisticated clientele, delivering personalized and gracious hospitality. Passion, professionalism, and a desire to uphold Mr. C's world-renowned standards.
