Salary range for this position is commission based and dependent on expected sales volume.We look forward to you joining our team!Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Serves as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the repair process from the point of drop-off through the delivery of the completed vehicle.\xc2\xb7 Prepares estimate for customer and or insurance partners according to manufacturer and Classic Collision guidelines.\xc2\xb7 Partners with the insurance companies to manage customers claim to insure the best customer experience.\xc2\xb7 Maintains communication with customers providing update on repair process.\xc2\xb7 Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.\xc2\xb7 Maintains customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.\xc2\xb7 Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.\xc2\xb7 Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications\xc2\xb7 Must be at least 18 years of age.\xc2\xb7 Valid Driver\'s License Required\xc2\xb7 Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.\xc2\xb7 Prior collision estimating experience preferred.\xc2\xb7 Familiar with estimating systems CCC1 preferred.\xc2\xb7 I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills\xc2\xb7 Successful completion of background check required.Behaviors/Competencies:\xc2\xb7 Integrity -Respect, and accountability at every level and in every interaction\xc2\xb7 Customer Service-Provide the highest level of customer service while building customer satisfaction and retention.\xc2\xb7 Innovation -Develops and displays innovative approaches and ideas to our business.\xc2\xb7 Teamwork -Contributes to building a positive team spirit.
