Job Description

We are looking for an energetic candidate to fill our Full-Time paid Collision Repair Apprenticeship Position. This lucky individual will get training and experience in all the departments within the collision repair process, all while receiving a competitive hourly wage. This individual will train and work in the following:

• Detail Department: Learn the importance and proper way to detail recently painted vehicles.
• Body Tech Department: Training to disassemble and reassemble vehicles, metal work, and frame machine operations.
• The Paint Tech Department: Work and train to properly prepare panels to paint, learn how to color match paint and the proper paint spraying techniques.
• Parts Department: Learn and train in the proper way to order and receive (check-in) parts. Learn how to enter parts in our CCC1 system and properly return incorrect or non-needed parts and follow them through to receiving our credits. Communicate with our estimators and technicians to ensure what parts have been received, cataloged and the ETA on parts we are still waiting for.
• Estimating: Receive a good working knowledge of how an estimate is written and what it would take to become an estimator and receive your Estimators License from the State of Pennsylvania.

After a period of time and training, this individual will receive an opportunity to work full-time in one of the departments that they rotated through. We believe this would be an exceptional opportunity for the right individual.*Qualifications*

• Some experience in collision repair is beneficial for this position.
• Ability to handle physical workload and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Time management skills
• Must have a valid PA driver's license

• Monday-Friday: 8am - 5pm
