Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Paint Leader to join our automotive refinishing team. This position offers competitive compensation aligned with top-tier industry standards for professionals who can deliver exceptional results while leading a dedicated paint team.
Key Responsibilities
Ability to provide decisive leadership in managing daily paint operations, including prioritizing vehicles and determining optimal workflow strategies to maximize efficiency and quality Advanced knowledge and experience in vehicle refinishing and body repair using the latest spray equipment, including paint guns, spray booths, mixing systems, and personal protective equipment. Lead the paint team while maintaining rigorous quality standards across all projects Evaluate and assess vehicles to determine appropriate paint procedures and techniques
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in automotive painting with demonstrated mastery of various paint techniques and materials Proven leadership experience with strong decision-making capabilities Deep understanding of paint mixing, matching, and application processes Experience with modern paint systems and equipment Strong communication skills to effectively lead team members and coordinate with other departments
