Job Description


Our client, a comprehensive provider of Commercial, Group Benefits, and Personal Lines Insurance, is seeking a talented Commercial Account Manager to join their dedicated team. This 100% service-based role is designed for a professional who is licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) in Oregon, and who brings experience as a Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) or Account Manager, preferably within an independent agency.

The ideal candidate will have experience or familiarity with Commercial Condominium insurance, which is a key area of focus for this role. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine client-facing responsibilities with essential administrative tasks in a supportive, non-sales environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-renewal meetings and provide consultative support to clients.
  • Process insurance certificates and endorsements, and perform policy audits.
  • Re-market policies to carriers, prepare bids and estimates, and bind policies.
  • Ensure a seamless combination of client engagement and administrative duties.
  • Maintain a high standard of service excellence, addressing clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs effectively.
  • Operate in a fully in-office environment, focusing solely on client service without the pressure of sales, cold calling, or quotas.
Qualifications
  • Licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) in Oregon.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an independent agency setting.
  • Prior experience or familiarity with Commercial Condominium insurance is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills.
