JOB SUMMARY

The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting data analytics to support data-driven decision making across the organization. The ability to distill large datasets into clear data visualizations and actionable insights is a must. In addition, working knowledge of advanced analytical modeling is preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct data analytics and develop insights to support decision making across the organization
• Build and help drive the standardization of key reports and success metrics
• Support stakeholders across the commercial organization in terms of pull and depletion based volume/value performance
• Become an expert in using and maintaining all relevant internal and external data sources
• Key supporter for all business cadences - monthly, quarterly, planning cycles, attack plans etc.
• Help steer the organization by creating fact based, unbiased, forward looking analytics
• Be a centralized resource for stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Finance
• Create ad hoc analytics for commercial, strategic partner and contract based business
• Report on short and long term success metrics across the commercial business
• Aid in the implementation of go-to-market strategies for all current and innovative products
• Champion change management by embracing technology and tool advancement
• Serve as a key point of contact within the Commercial Analytics team
• Maintain strong communication and partnerships across the CPP and broader Commercial team
• Proactively identify risk, opportunity and mitigation tactics
• Actively exhibit a commitment to support a diverse and inclusive work environment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Degree in related field
