- Operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment (e.g., folders, cutters, stitchers, drills, perfect binders, laminators).
- Perform quality checks to ensure printed materials meet the highest standards.
- Bind, trim, fold, and package finished products according to customer specifications.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking of supplies.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure timely and accurate order completion.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on bindery equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Previous experience in bindery or finishing is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot bindery equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
