Growing automotive dealership group is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager / Commercial Fleet Manager to further develop and oversee their Commercial Division for 3 domestic dealerships. This person will report directly to the Dealer Principals who are supportive of growing the commercial department with the right leader in place. This is a great opportunity for a proven automotive Fleet Manager / Commercial Sales Manager who wants to build out and structure their own department for long-term success. Each dealership will have one Commercial Sales Representative in their location that will report to this person, so the person hired will be responsible to oversee and build out a team of 3 Commercial Sales Reps \xe2\x80\x93 with the goal of growing their team as their division grows. This is a great opportunity to take over a very large territory with huge potential for fleet sales as other dealer groups have yet to really focus on developing their fleet business in this region. Likewise, the Dealer Principal is very supportive of growing the business and is ready for a Commercial Sales Director to further expand that side of their business and will give the tools necessary for success.
