Position Overview
This position is responsible for providing primary support to the assigned location in execution of contracts, rates and coordinating logistical support for commodity shipments by rail, truck or barge.
We are hiring a Commodity Inventory Coordinator to assist our Midwest Ingredients group for either our Lake St. Louis office!

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the accounting function and execution of logistics and inventory in support of the Merchandisers.
Audit inventory and production costing at our operational facilities.
Provide customer support to resolve complex issues and partnering with the accounting team to ensure compliance and standardization across administrative and inventory processes.
Partner with accounting to ensure all compliance requirements are met within transactions processed by the team.
Review and approve vendor invoicing, contracts and other key documentation and resolve discrepancies.

Completes work with limited degree of supervision

Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data

Minimum Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree required (or the equivalent in work experience)
5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience required
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
