The successful candidate will be near Titusville, Palm Bay or Merritt Island to serve our customers best. This position will be in the field 85% of the time and work-from-home approximately 15%.

As a Community Relations Manager, responsible for relationship management and activities for both the HOA/ POAs in the assigned territory. In addition, you will own relationships between Clearwave and HOA/POA\'s, developers, property managers, sales personnel, and leasing agents in assigned accounts. In this role you will play a key role in increasing brand awareness to increase your assigned area\'s penetration.
What you will do:
Serve as a Clearwave liaison for community HOA/POA\xe2\x80\x99s and residents to maintain and improve Clearwave\xe2\x80\x99s relationships and to stand within the community.
Meet with assigned multi-dwelling units (MDU) and HOA/ POA\xe2\x80\x99 s in your territory to ensure they are aware of construction related activity.
Assist with making presentations to HOA/POA\xe2\x80\x99s, property managers; attends meetings and social functions to maintain a high level of visibility for Clearwave.
Meet and exceed market penetration targets within assigned communities.
Get yourself out into your community every day effectively prospecting with: in-person visits, outbound calling, placing door hangs, attending fairs, city events, informational sessions and distributing marketing materials, etc.
Focus on selling new and existing Clearwave Fiber internet services, recommend product upgrades mostly in rural areas surrounding your location (unlike some other door-to-door positions, most towns/homes will be happy to see you since they want faster, more reliable internet services!)
Build strong relationships, networks and personal sales leads by becoming the expert in your field
Update the sales software daily and help provide technical support to customers as needed
Organize and host community events and participate in activities that promote Clearwave Product and Services, i.e., trade fairs, city events, informational sessions, etc., during non-business hours (evenings, weekends and holidays).
Coordinate efforts to drive community awareness ahead of construction activity to ensure the best customer experience.
Ensure effective use of marketing materials by MDU and property management staff.
Seek out and create opportunities to increase penetration and generate revenue.
Become an expert in the competitive environment and be able to communicate regarding competitive offerings while effectively positioning Clearwave as the best telecommunications choice for assigned territory.
Outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits to HOA/POA Boards, property management, and MDU staffs
Performs other related duties as assigned to ensure an effective operation of the department
Assist with any door-to-door field activity required to build awareness within assigned communities
Deliver and place construction lawn darts to keep communities informed of progress
