Thrive is accepting applications for full-time COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATORS in Mason City, Forest City, and surrounding areas. Outreach Coordinators perform some job coaching duties along with helping consumers build job skills, assisting with resume completion, interview preparation, job searches & applications, and communicating and marketing with community businesses. They will also assist the Regional Director with intake and annual meetings, community outreach, scheduling, and attending job fairs.

The starting wage is $18-$19 per hour, with the potential for a raise after a 90-day probationary period. Candidates for this position should have a bachelor's degree or commensurate experience, preferably in human services, sociology, psychology, education, or a related field. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete all professional development standards required by the State of Iowa to be employed in a Community Rehabilitation Provider setting within the required timelines. Reliable transportation is required.
