COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTOR BASE WASE:

$45,000 - $50,000 annual salary, plus Marketing Admission Bonuses

COMMUNITY RELATIONS DIRECTOR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Overall responsibility for the marketing and leasing of all apartments within the Community.
• Community Relations Director will coordinate all tours for prospective residents.
• Follow up with all prospects and families.
• Community Relations Director is responsible for all external marketing of the Community and making connections with local referral sources.
• Participate in all company-wide marketing initiatives and calls.
• Community Relations Director will assist Executive Director with running the day-to-day operations at the Community in a quality manner.
• Assist Executive Director in the management and staffing of all on-site staff.
• Community Relations Director will oversee, plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events.
• Provide a high level of support and leadership to all on-site staff.
• Establish self as the "Face of the Community" - field daily resident, family, and employee concerns.
