Community Support Specialist (case Manager) Consultant
Job Description
This is an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position for which you are considered self-employed. You would be assigned to a Team from which your assigned Team Leader would provide you with the listing of consumers for which you would begin to assume accountability.\xe2\x80\x8b
The CSS will be expected to work with a caseload of consumers who live in community resident homeless shelters and personal residences. The CSS will be expected to meet with consumers twice per week, in person or virtually.\xe2\x80\x8b
Applicant qualifications: Associate or Bachelor\'s degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field.
MUST have working knowledge and direct experience of the unique needs and behaviors of mentally challenged clients (2 or more years in place of Degree).
Effective written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate with access to a personal computer and cell phone.
Driver\'s license driver\' and reliable transportation.
