This position provides professional development services in support of Center for Hope\'s vision, mission, values, and strategic plan with a focus on community violence intervention and prevention initiatives.
Using adult learning principles, the CVLTS develops, presents, and evaluates organizational and programmatic curriculum, to enhance the professional development of all qualified Safe Streets staff.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master\'s degree; knowledge in more than one discipline
Bachelor\'s degree in relevant field or related field experience required. Master\'s degree preferred.
Minimum of five but 7 years of experience preferred working as a trainer/facilitator in programs and a history of providing educational services.
Training and/or experience in serving individuals impacted by trauma.
Experience working with men and women in violence intervention/prevention is a plus.
Experience in business development, public speaking, project management, development and PR, and strategic planning desired. Knowledge or experience in community relations, community engagement preferred
