• 
  Complete audit requests from insurance companies of patient records
• 
  Assist with medical records request overflow as needed
• 
  Assist in policy development related to patient privacy and compliance.
• 
  Maintain and update accordingly all required patient notices within the office and digitally
• 
  Assist with documentation of Compliance activities using a tracking methodology agreed to by the Practice Compliance Committee.
• 
  Provide support for Compliance in monitoring, testing/auditing and assessment activities.
• 
  Utilize the LMS to assign and monitor compliance-related training activities. Work with Managers to facilitate completion.
• 
  Meet with members of the OneOncology Compliance team as needed to support the Compliance program at ECHO
• 
  Seek ongoing training and development to gain additional expertise in fulfilling the elements of an effective compliance and privacy program
• 
  Research relevant regulations and communicate the need for policies and procedures, and education
• 
  Provide compliance reports to the OneOncology VP of Compliance as requested
• 
  Other duties as assigned
