Exciting Concession/Deli Buyer Opportunity at Three Bears Alaska! Are you ready to take your Buyer career to new heights in a dynamic and innovative environment? Three Bears Alaska is thrilled to extend an invitation to a passionate professional to join our team as a Concession/Deli Buyer! As a pivotal member of our team, you\'ll be responsible for purchasing and negotiating product, equipment, and supplies from vendors. You\'ll evaluate vendor quotes and services to determine the most desirable supplier. You\'ll suggest changes to inventory and pricing, and you\'ll monitor the quality of our products and services.
Are you the one we are looking for? We are seeking a team member who\'s familiar with a variety of Concession and Deli concepts, practices and procedures. Also, someone who relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish company goals and has the ability to perform a variety of tasks. This team member will lead and direct others and requires a wide degree of creativity and latitude.
A minimum of 5 years Food Preparation experience is required.
