Schedule: Monday - Friday (3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.)

PAY RATE: $17.50 - 19.08/hour

White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community (CCRC) in beautiful La Jolla, CA, is seeking a Full time Day Concierge to join our team. As the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in California and one of the largest in the country, we are more than just a place to work. Job Duties:

• Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
• Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
• Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors.
• Monitoring resident safety pendant alerts and calling in to Clinic
• Logging and tracking of incoming packages
• Completion of Daily check in report of residents; following prescribed procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Prior customer service experience
• Medical or hotel setting preferred
• Prior clerical/administrative work experience
• Computer skills such as using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, using internet applications, faxing, copying etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Occasional availability that may include evenings, weekends & holidays
