Key Responsibilities
Be the
primary point of contact
for our Salon Suite Owners, ensuring their needs are met and their businesses flourish.
Conduct engaging tours
for potential tenants, making them feel excited and confident about joining our community.
Cultivate a strong salon culture
, fostering relationships and communication among suite owners to create a collaborative, inspiring atmosphere.
Manage and execute social media strategies
, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and engaging content that attracts, retains, and grows our audience.
Provide seamless customer service
, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for our salon suite owners.
Handle operational and administrative duties
, including answering phones, responding to emails, and ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
Monitor and report key performance metrics
, tracking engagement, leasing activities, and other vital business indicators.
Oversee financial responsibilities
, including rent collection, deposits, and light bookkeeping.
Maintain salon aesthetics
, ensuring cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in
salon, spa, hospitality, or retail management
is highly preferred.
Strong background in
social media strategy and online engagement

Excellent
