About the Role:
The Concierge is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our VIP guests have a smooth arrival experience, a highly connected and engaged stay, and an ongoing relationship with our brand and our team.
This role includes:
Reviewing arrivals to ensure high paying guests are coded as VIPs
Connecting with specified VIP\xe2\x80\x99d guests prior to arrival to review reservation(s). Making note of but not limited to:
Arrival/departure time, transportation needs, restaurant bookings, housekeeping service times, amenities requested and preferences.
Connecting with all VIP\xe2\x80\x99d guests during their stay to check quality of stay/service and update preferences.
Fielding concierge related requests/inquiries as well as monitoring Concierge-Inbox to review and action guest requests.
Assisting with phone calls and general inquiries about the property.
Acting as the voice and heart of all VIP engagement
What we are looking for:
We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service! Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required. Candidates are also required to perform additional duties, take room reservations as needed, and engage with our guests like a "VIP concierge". The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!
