We commit to support our staff by furnishing the training and tools necessary to build your confidence and ability to serve guests effectively. Summary of Responsibilities:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Greet, check in and settle guests into accommodations - ensuring that all service standards are followed until day of departure
  • Assist guests regarding resort facilities in an informative and helpful way
  • Knowledgable of accommodations, on site activities, and other services offered at The Lodge at Glendorn
  • Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Answer phone calls to take reservations in a professional, calm manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma Required
  • Must have valid drivers license
  • Hotel Front of House experience preferred but not required
Language Skills:
  • Ability to communicate well with guests and fellow staff
  • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Reasoning Ability
  • Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
  • Must be able to listen carefully to guest requests and execute them in a timely manner
Physical Demands
  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time
  • Must be able to operate a company vehicle
Job Type: Part-time Salary: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour Benefits:
