Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Greet, check in and settle guests into accommodations - ensuring that all service standards are followed until day of departure
Assist guests regarding resort facilities in an informative and helpful way
Knowledgable of accommodations, on site activities, and other services offered at The Lodge at Glendorn
Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards
Answer phone calls to take reservations in a professional, calm manner
Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma Required
Must have valid drivers license
Hotel Front of House experience preferred but not required
Language Skills:
Ability to communicate well with guests and fellow staff
Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
Reasoning Ability
Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals
Must be able to listen carefully to guest requests and execute them in a timely manner
Physical Demands
Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
Must be able to sit at a computer for long periods of time
Must be able to operate a company vehicle
