4S Concrete & Construction was founded in 2009, and is family owned/operated business. As such, we believe that family should always come first. We want our employees to spend nights and weekends at home and attend their family\xe2\x80\x99s activities.
We provide superior services to the Idaho Falls and surrounding areas. Our dedicated team helps our customers with a wide variety of concrete needs, ranging from general building, new construction, decorative and bringing dream designs to life.
Position Summary
We\'re looking for self-starters who can manage their time effectively. The role requires drive and a sense of accountability because the day-to-day working environment will vary.
We strive to provide a high level of customer service and quality craftsmanship. Our employees are expected to have an attention to detail and push themselves to exceed expectations. Many of the our jobs are intricate in detail and visible to the public. We not only want our costumers to be proud of our work but our employees also.
Responsibilities (not limited to this list)
Lay out jobs in preparation for forms.Form jobs ex. flatwork, foundations ect. Some excavation.Place and finish concrete: broom, color, and pattern stamp finishes Be able to speak with customers on site, represent 4S Concrete in a respectful/positive manner.Drive trucks and pull trailers from job site to job site.
Job Requirements
Previous concrete finishing experience.Punctuality Communicate effectively with others Transportation to and from work.Own finishing tools. Experience with specific equipment (IE bull float, Fresno, stamps etc.)
Additional Information
Training in epoxy coatings and other finishes will be provided through on job training. 4S Concrete reserves the right to random drug test at any time.Work is mainly Monday-Friday. Hours vary due to weather. Due to some specialty jobs a Saturday here or there may be requested. Pay is DOE and will be discussed in person.
