Job Summary

We are a commercial, industrial and residential concrete company that pours very large slabs on grade for deck pours with sizes from small patios to large warehouses. Specializing in decorative concrete solutions such as polishing, grinding, epoxy, stamping and sealing concrete floors. We are seeking a skilled Polisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete polishing and grinding. The role involves working with various materials and power tools to achieve a high-quality finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Evaluating the condition of the floor to determine the appropriate treatment Preparing the floor by removing any existing coatings, sealants, or impurities Using mechanical polishers and grinders to smooth the surface of the floor Applying sealants or coatings to the floor to enhance durability and aesthetics Cleaning the site after completion of the project, ensuring all debris is removed Maintaining equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order Ensure and adherence to all health and safety standard

REQUIREMENTS:

1+ years' experience as a proven concrete polisher Valid driver's license OSHA 10 Card Local and out of town/state work sites Flexibility to work long hours, occasional nights and weekends Satisfactory pass of background check Proof of ability to work in the US
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
