Conduct quality assurance observation of building projects on a regular and/or scheduled basis;2. Secure project set-up information and share with OST in timely manner;3. Utilize LJPs Capture QA app for providing onsitedocumentation of as-built conditions per scope of work; same day, preference being from job site;4. Evaluate client construction practices relative to plans/specifications, building codes and industry standards of care as applicable to contracted scope of work;5. Review findings regarding construction deficiency(s) with client field rep prior to leaving site;6. Accurately capture time activities for travel, site and office duties;7. Accurately account for expense reimbursements for travel, mileage and other expenses;8. Perform in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure manual and Employee Handbook and related interim updates;9. Professionally & effectively communicate with management, inter-departments, and clients;10. Utilize LJPs Capture App for providing onsite documentation of PCAR, WRAP-Safety, SWPPPs, BARE, SQUARE, etc., as applicable;11. Timely performance of all inter-departmental job duties.Collateral Duties:1. Participate in team meetings; including safety topic discussions.2. Participate in assigned safety themed trainings.3. Participate in pre-construction kick-off meetings with new project assignments;4. Perform other tasks and special projects as required.Skill Requirements:1. College Degree in Architecture, Building Technology, or Construction Management or equivalent;2. Knowledge of real estate industry;3. Knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial construction;4. Computer literacy and competencies - PC and iOS platforms;5. Ability to conduct professional, effective written and verbal communications with appropriate staff and corporate personnel, vendors, clients, and prospective clients;6. Possess valid Drivers license;7. Ability to travel to other states & ability to drive for several hours at a time;8. Abilities and confidence in accessing areas requiring fall protection;9. OSHA-30 certification;10. ICC - B1 Certification (keeping current on CEUs)Job Type: Full-timePay: $74,000.00 - $78,000.00 per yearBenefits:
