Job Title: Construction CoordinatorWe are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will manage daily work permits, coordinate with area owners and engineers, and work with subcontractors to ensure safety and efficiency on site. This role involves overseeing various construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and supporting project managers in executing large-scale capital expenditure projects.Responsibilities

• Issue daily work permits and identify daily tasks and hazards.
• Coordinate with area owners and engineers.
• Coordinate work with subcontractors, including energized equipment, LOTOTO, working at heights, excavation, hot work, line breaks, fire protection, lifting and hoisting.
• Assist and review EH&S requirements and Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Conduct equipment pre-shift inspections.
• Ensure contractors follow safety procedures.
• Draft site notices for project impacts.
• Participate in incident investigations.
• Manage and barricade construction areas.
• Enforce workplace housekeeping standards.
• Support project managers by coordinating contractor site access and equipment/material deliveries.
• Review project plans and specifications.
• Address non-compliant installations.
• Witness and document system tests.
• Attend and participate in project meetings.
• Maintain cGMP and training requirements.

Work EnvironmentThis position is on-site in Greenville, NC, where you will be supporting various large CapEx projects totaling $1.5 billion. You will work closely with project engineers and project managers in a dynamic construction environment.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $55.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
