My client is looking for a driven estimator to review project plans and develop and execute competitive estimates along with a range of other responsibilities working directly with the Chief Estimator. This role offers hybrid flexibility, rapid growth track and great job stability. Multi-Fam, Senior Living, or Hospitaltiy experience REQUIRED.

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or Project Management preferred.
• 2+ years of estimating experience in commercial construction or with trades.
• Experience with preparing bids.
• Has hands-on experience estimating projects based off of blue prints.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ground-up commercial or industrial experience required.
