Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Assisting skilled workers: You must work alongside carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople to support them in their tasks.
Site preparation involves clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up equipment.
Material handling: You will be responsible for loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment: Following safety protocols and organizing the work area is essential.
Other duties as assigned: You must be flexible and willing to adapt to different tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Physical stamina: General labor work can be physically demanding, so good physical condition is essential.
Reliability: Punctuality and consistency are crucial.
Team player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Basic construction knowledge: Familiarity with construction tools and processes is a plus.
Safety-conscious: Committed to following safety guidelines.
No experience is necessary, although previous construction experience would be an added advantage.
Pay will depend on experience.
It is mandatory to have a valid driver's license.
The working hours are from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
