Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various construction tasks and ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespeople in various construction tasks, including framing, installation, and finishing work. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and hazardous materials. Follow directions Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor or project manager.

Experience

Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is advantageous. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team setting. Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 100 pounds) regularly throughout the day. A valid driver's license is a must.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
