Overview

Greater Commercial Lending is looking for a Construction Lending Specialist with a passion for supporting business growth, job creation, and improving the quality of life in the communities we serve.

About The Position:

The Construction Lending Specialist is responsible for essential functions related to construction loan advances, construction loan disbursements and associated loan file reconciliation and documentation.

What You\'ll Be Doing

• Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by \xe2\x80\x9cHelping More People Live Greater."
• Completes reconciliation of loan availability to the construction budget, change orders, invoice verification and processes construction loan draw requests.
• Creates and reviews standardized construction documents, checklist and budget worksheets that support the construction phase of the commercial loan to ensure the commercial project is executed in accordance with loan agreement.
• Maintains direct contact with the borrower and contractor during various stages of the loan life cycle in person, email and by phone.
• Prepares and reports construction advances to all borrowers, participants and guarantors.
• Responsible for maintaining commercial loan documentation and due diligence documents associated with each construction draw by ensuring that documents are accurately indexed in Greater Commercial Lending\xe2\x80\x99s cold storage platform.

Remote position - United States

• The Construction Lending Specialist has the option to work remotely
• Greater Commercial Lending is located in beautiful Northern Nevada

Compensation

• $45,000.00- $75,000.00 per year
• Competitive compensation and Greater Benefits are part of our deal

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, monitor, and mouse (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms,

etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel on occasion. * You may occasionally be required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
