Introduction

Top Notch Contracting is seeking an experienced and talented Construction Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a construction project from start to finish. You will be responsible for overseeing the team of workers, ensuring that safety measures and regulations are followed, and that the project is completed on time and within budget. You will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to stay organized in a high-pressure environment, and have excellent communication and leadership skills. Job Responsibilities

• Ensure that construction projects are completed on time and within budget

• Create and manage a project schedule and timeline

• Oversee the selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers

• Develop project budgets and cost estimates

• Monitor progress and report progress to stakeholders

• Coordinate with team members to ensure quality standards are met

• Resolve conflicts between team members

• Communicate project expectations to team members

• Manage safety procedures and policies to ensure safety compliance

• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations

• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers

• Address any problems or complaints with construction work

• Analyze and manage risk associated with construction projects

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
