• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities, including managing subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
• Implement cost-effective solutions to optimize project efficiency.
• Foster a positive team environment and mentor junior team members.

The successful Construction Manager candidate will have:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in commercial construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Safety-conscious mindset.
