Basic Functions:
\xe2\x97\x8f Planning, coordinating and overseeing construction projects from start to finish
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing budgets, hiring subcontractors, supervising work, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills are essential for this role
\xe2\x97\x8f It is important to have an understanding of construction, construction timelines, margins, invoices, expense tracking and invoicing

Basic Requirements:
\xe2\x97\x8f 2+ years of experience in restoration or reconstruction
\xe2\x97\x8f 1+ years of project management experience
\xe2\x97\x8f Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license and reliable transportation
\xe2\x97\x8f Computer skills and ability to learn new software
\xe2\x97\x8f 1+ years of experience in customer service
\xe2\x97\x8f 1+ years of experience multitasking multiple projects
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with insurance compliance, insurance invoicing and insurance collection
\xe2\x97\x8f General construction understanding
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to lift 30+ lbs
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to meet clients on-site and navigate homes under construction

Detailed Duties Include:
\xe2\x97\x8f Being the customer facing employee for each client and ensuring world class customer service
\xe2\x97\x8f Receiving approved estimates from our estimator and scheduling each project with the client
\xe2\x97\x8f Creating the margin forecast for each project
\xe2\x97\x8f Creating work orders and material orders for each project
\xe2\x97\x8f Recruiting construction crews
\xe2\x97\x8f Assigning work orders to appropriate crews and negotiating pay
\xe2\x97\x8f Working with our estimator and the client\xe2\x80\x99s insurance provider to submit the proper paperwork to invoice, supplement and collect their claim
\xe2\x97\x8f Completing client kickoff and client care calls throughout the project
\xe2\x97\x8f Tracking project and staying up to date on all documentation, files and internal files
\xe2\x97\x8f Tracking and reporting the status of jobs and up-to-date expenses
\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring quality control, including insurance compliance, permit standards and client experience
\xe2\x97\x8f Invoicing and collections
\xe2\x97\x8f Approving and making payments to subcontractors and crews
\xe2\x97\x8f Hitting annual and quarterly revenue, margin and NPS targets

Hours & Location:
\xe2\x97\x8f A typical shift for this position is 7:30am \xe2\x80\x93 5pm, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday.
\xe2\x97\x8f The office is located at 10140 West 76 th Street Eden Prairie, MN 55344 and travel
is regularly required within 40 miles of this location.

Reward:
\xe2\x97\x8f Compensation is evaluated on a yearly basis effective from the start date of
employment of each calendar year. An annual reward planner (ARP) is
completed at that time.
