What we need:

Civil engineering degree or applicable industry experience.
Experience in bridge building, highway, and heavy civil construction, including grading, drainage, utilities, and concrete.
Strong oversight abilities \xe2\x80\x93 the ability to lead and manage field operations.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Project fiscal responsibility.
Proven ability to work with all federal, state, and local governments.
