The Construction Project Manager (Multi-Family) will lead and oversee Multi-Family construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, managing budgets, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, construction management expertise, and the ability to navigate complex Multi-Family specific requirements.
The Seattle Construction Project Manager (Multi-Family) will be responsible for:
Project Planning: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other relevant parties to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to ensure project viability.
Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project finances, prepare and manage budgets, and implement cost-effective measures to keep projects within budget constraints. Track expenses, review contracts, and negotiate with vendors to optimize project costs.
Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards, ensuring all projects adhere to relevant guidelines and requirements.
Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and on-site workers. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and facilitate effective communication among team members.
Client Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, providing project updates, and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the construction process.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control procedures to ensure all construction work meets the highest standards and matches the requirements outlined in project specifications.
Construction Site Oversight: Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress, assess safety protocols, and maintain a proactive approach to resolving issues that may arise during the construction process.
Communication and Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports, update stakeholders on project status, and communicate any deviations from the original plan. Present project updates to senior management and other relevant parties.
