A Construction Project Manager is needed for an American-founded German logistics company providing courier, package delivery and express mail service in the Salisbury, NC area. The job involves warehouse distribution facility, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications and timelines, with a focus on construction, electrical, and refrigeration aspects, but without authority to approve changes in project scope or costs, while providing regular communication with the Owner\'s Representative.

salary: $57.14 - 66.42 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Full-time project oversight.
- Progress reporting.
- Ensure project meets industry standards for quality.
- Monitor adherence to project specifications.
- Monitor adherence to timeline/schedule.
- No authority to authorize changes to the project scope.
- No authority to approve changes in project costs or schedule.
- Communicate proposed changes/concerns with designated Owner\'s Representative.
- Large scale tenant improvement in industrial warehouses.
- Seeking experienced candidates.
- Experience working with General Contractors.
