Job Description

Job Title: Construction Project ManagerEnsure that project information is reviewed and documented on a consistent basis including subcontracts, purchase orders, and approval of payable statements. Document project changes and correspondence through RFIs, submittals, ASIs, change orders, email, and mail correspondence. Monitor and control the buyout progress and monthly progress reports to ensure that financial reporting is accurate. Ensure profit objectives are met by ensuring schedules and budgets are achieved. Estimate new projects accurately.
