• Oversee project operations - coordinating workload, schedules, budgeting, and more

3+ YEAR BACKLOG OF LOCAL PROJECTS|Tilt Up Warehouses, Retail, Restaurants, Wood Frame/Stick Build, Ground Up

• 5-10+ years of experience with a general contractor
• Bachelor\'s degree (construction related degree highly preferred)
• Experience leading ground up construction projects up to $30M in scope preferred
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, materials, and local subcontractors
• Procore proficient
• Good organizational & communication skills
• Leadership characteristics and experience
• Client facing

• Base salary $100,000 - $130,000 dependent on experience
